Our Boot Camp program is slightly different from out CrossFit program. Our Boot Camp classes are 35 minutes long instead of 1 hour. The class uses lighter weights, lighter dumbbells, lighter kettlebells, plyometrics, TRX, core strengthening, medicine ball work, with an emphasis on Cardiovascular training. Our Boot Camp program is designed for you to lose weight, lower your body fat percentage, and get toned up in a fun and challenging environment.
Members who feel that they need to get in shape before they do CrossFit can use the Boot Camp program to get them ready for CrossFit. We do a lot of the CrossFit type exercises without the heavy weight lifting that we do in CrossFit. Many of our members see the results that they want with just our Boot Camp program and stay there. It’s a cost effective way to get in shape and stay in shape!
